Where do you offer one-on-one personal training?

Bentonville Community Center; In Home

12 weeks customized workout program designed to your goals, that works for your body. This program prepares you to exercise safely and effectively on your own, and is built around your skill level and needs.


You will receive a customized plan, and have full access to every feature of the training app for 12 weeks. This includes regular review of your program, with changes to the program over time.


With the program you could expect one or more of the results (depending on your goal):
